Position Overview:
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Life Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Self-motivated
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Experience in marketing
• Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

About our Agency:
I opened my agency on January 1, 2018, and weve since grown to two offices with a combined team of about 23 people. From day one, my goal has been to build something bigger than just a businessan organization that makes a real impact on both our customers and our community.

Were deeply involved in charitable work throughout the Panhandle. We proudly support the local Make-A-Wish Foundation and have raised over $22,000 in back-to-back years. In addition, we partner with organizations such as the Great Seminole Club, Washington High School Soccer, West Florida High teacher appreciation initiatives, Gulf Breeze Elementary, the Florida Engineering Society, the Optimist Club of Gulf Breeze, Panhandle Soccer, and the End of the Watch Foundation for fallen police officers.
