Undergrad Program Lead & Senior Lecturer

• Serve as Undergraduate Program Lead, with responsibility for academic coherence, curriculum quality, and overall student experience.
• Lead program review, enhancement, and quality assurance processes.
• Coordinate teaching teams, assessment schedules, moderation, and engagement with external examiners.
• Ensure alignment with institutional academic regulations and strategic priorities.

• Design and deliver high-quality instruction across undergraduate modules.
• Develop inclusive and innovative teaching approaches that support diverse learners and address attainment gaps.
• Set, grade, and moderate assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Serve as Academic Advisor, offering academic and pastoral support to students.

• Embed employability, professional skills, and experiential learning opportunities into the curriculum.
• Support student engagement, retention, progression, and overall satisfaction.
• Contribute to open houses, applicant engagement events, orientation programs, and outreach initiatives.

• Engage in research, scholarly activity, knowledge exchange, and/or professional practice to inform teaching and curriculum development.
• Contribute to the School's academic and research culture.
• Maintain subject-matter expertise and participate in continuing professional development.

• Participate in committees, assessment boards, validation panels, and review processes.
• Develop external partnerships to support internships, industry projects, guest speakers, and recruitment initiatives.
• Actively promote equity, diversity, and inclusion across all areas of responsibility.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience teaching in higher education and/or further education settings.
• Experience with undergraduate program or module leadership.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive education and student success.
• Evidence of scholarly, research, or professional practice engagement.

• Doctorate (PhD or Professional Doctorate).
• Teaching qualification (e.g., Graduate Certificate in Higher Education) or Fellowship in a recognized higher education teaching body.
• Experience with curriculum innovation and/or industry collaboration.
