Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Coordinate full-cycle hiring
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking and candidate communications
- Partner with Hiring Managers to schedule interviews and finalize offers
- Capable of managing double digit requisitions at any given time
- Develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs, provide market feedback, and consistently communicate updates throughout the interview process
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth, welcoming transition
- Partnering with hiring managers and department leaders, align start dates, schedules, and onboarding plans
- Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and on time, including offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires prior to their first day, reinforcing engagement and setting expectations
- Support first-day orientation logistics, introductions, and initial connection to company culture and values
- Gather feedback and monitor 30/60/90-day new hire check-ins
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date employee records and related documentation within the ATS and HRIS platforms
- Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee across all systems
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and align with company policies
- Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health using ATS and HRIS reporting tools
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and system utilization through automation, integration, or new technology adoption
- Partner with HR leadership to support workforce planning and seasonal hiring strategy through data and system insights
- 2–4+ years in HR, recruiting coordination or a related role (legal, multi-site experience, bi-lingual a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple requisitions, and maintain strong relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers

- Skilled sourcing and interviewing; able to influence hiring decisions
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Skilled in using and leveraging ATS and HRIS platforms, job boards and recruiting analytics (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ADP WFN, Rippling); able to implement or adopt new recruiting technologies and platforms
