Registered Dietitian

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a compassionate, polished, and clinically skilled Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join our growing telehealth practice. This role begins as a 1099 contractor position with consistent client referrals and strong growth potential, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time W-2 role with benefits as caseload expands.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Deliver high-touch, individualized nutrition counseling via secure telehealth platforms
* Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and create personalized, results-driven care plans
* Support clients in areas such as weight management, hormone health, gut health, chronic disease management, intuitive eating, and overall wellness
* Maintain detailed, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR
* Build meaningful, long-term client relationships through compassionate, client-centered care
* Collaborate with healthcare providers when appropriate
* Uphold HIPAA compliance, licensure regulations, and professional best practices

**Required Qualifications**

* Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
* Active Florida licensure (required)
* Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and relationship-building skills
* Comfort and professionalism in a telehealth environment
* Reliable internet connection and private, HIPAA-compliant workspace

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Additional state licenses (highly desirable)
* Telehealth or outpatient counseling experience
* Specialties in areas such as:
* Hormone health / PCOS
* Gut health
* Weight management
* Diabetes care
* Women’s health
* Intuitive eating
* Functional nutrition
* Experience working with premium or wellness-focused clientel
