work hours: 6 AM - 7 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Prepare and serve health focused meals, review and plan menu, detailed attention of allergies and dietary restrictions, must be ServSafe certified, order and monitor inventory, accustomed to fast paced kitchen and communication with team with high standards and culinary expertise from meal prep to plating with safety and cleanliness The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- cook (2 years of experience is required)
- prepare and serve meals (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Monitor food inventory (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Order and track stock (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Plan Menu (2 years of experience is required)
- Culinary experience (1 year of experience is required)
- Flavor Profiles (2 years of experience is required)
- Adapt to food allergies (2 years of experience is required)
- Meal prep to plating (2 years of experience is required)
