Poolside Server (Seasonal), Tropics - Hilton Orlando

The Hilton Orlando is searching for a Server to join our seasonal team at Tropics!

A vibrant resort hotel, in the heart of Orlando’s International Drive, and connected to the South side of the Orlando Orange County Convention Center by a covered walkway, this 1400+ room property offers six dining outlets and seamlessly blends extensive leisure offerings with world class business amenities.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of serving experience in a high‑volume environment and is available to work a minimum of two weekend days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).

Shift Pattern: This is a seasonal position from February to September. Open availability is required to support AM and PM shifts. Please note that weekend availability is also required for this role.

Pay Rate: $10.98 per hour, plus 20% automatic gratuity

What will I be doing?

As a Poolside Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times.
