Hands-on experience in probate, trust administration, estate planning support Opportunity to grow in a specialty practice (no litigation distractions) Reasonable hours (firm is not chasing every dispute / high volume litigation) Collaborative environment — you’ll work directly with attorneys Benefits (health, PTO) and potential bonus structure Central Florida location with in-office expectations (you’re not remote, but you’ll have a stable, structured environment) Job Details Prepare estate and trust administration documents: inventories, filings, accountings, probate petitions Coordinate with fiduciaries, beneficiaries, courts, and outside vendors (appraisers, title, banks) Review and analyze trust instruments, wills, codicils, amendments Facilitate communication among attorneys, clients, and third parties Assist in client intake, document collection, and organizing supporting materials Maintain tracking systems, deadlines, case files, and docket calendars Oversee routine trust distributions under supervision Handle related tasks in elder law (as needed) that tie into estates, guardianships, etc. Required / Preferred Experience: 3+ years in probate and trust administration (full cycle) Strong drafting skills and attention to detail Able to interpret trust and estate documents Experience coordinating with courts, fiduciaries, banks, appraisers Good communication skills (written & verbal) Familiarity with Florida probate practice is a plus Interested in hearing more?
