Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role is designed for individuals eager to build a strong foundation in business operations, leadership, and team development. You will participate in a structured training program that prepares you for a future leadership role within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training across multiple departments

• Support daily business operations and assist in process improvements

• Collaborate with management to set and achieve departmental goals

• Conduct market research and contribute to business strategy development

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest enhancements

• Shadow senior managers and assist in decision-making processes

• Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation
