Job Summary:

The Senior Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the retail locations in their assigned area. This includes preparing new locations for opening and managing all personnel, inventory purchasing and tracking, sales goals and bonus targets, and the general day-to-day matters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support dispensary locations within the area and ensure sales and profitability goals are met.
  • Incorporate customer feedback, operations and process improvement recommendations, design improvements, and customer service techniques into daily store operations
  • Coordinate with the corporate retail team to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff.
  • Set and drive operational standards for all retail locations including continuous improvement on processes, protocols, and other operating standards, ensuring all regulatory and operational compliance measures are met.
  • Identify, plan, and delegate responsibilities to the General Manager(s) to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.
  • Creates implementation plans to achieve both operational efficiency and optimal results.
  • Build rapport and reinforce culture to ensure a safe and inclusive working environment
  • Solicit feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the community.
  • Partner with Vice President of Retail Operations to create and drive retail operations initiatives in support of overall Company strategy.
  • Provide area inventory, sales and profitability reports to the corporate retail team.
  • Partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition business partners to plan and execute staffing goals.
  • Identify ways to reduce turnover rate within their locations and creates a safe and positive work environment.
  • Assist in interviewing process and candidate selection.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • High school degree or general education degree (GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in retail or hospitality required.
  • A Minimum of 2 years experience in the Cannabis Industry
  • Demonstrated passion to serving the adult cannabis community.
  • Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and ability to interpret financial data.
  • Computer operating skills.
  • Experience analyzing financial reports.
  • Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Working knowledge of business processes and system development.

Physical and Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 20 lb. Specific hearing abilities required by this job include hearing in the normal audio range with or without correction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus. The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual, with or without reasonable accommodation, to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

Working Environment:
