What You’ll Do

• Operate a sod cutter and aerator
• Prepare soil (grading, leveling, and cleanup)
• Install sod tight, level, and clean—no gaps, no shortcuts
• Load and unload sod and materials
• Keep job sites clean and professional

What You Must Have or Be Willing to Learn

• Experience with a sod cutter and aerator (or the ability to learn quickly)
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in Florida heat
• Strong attention to detail—this is not sloppy work

Non-Negotiables

• Ability to tow a 7x16 trailer confidently
• Clean driving record (required)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

What We Pay

• Starting pay: $25/hour
• Performance bonuses for:
  • Finishing jobs on time
  • Delivering high-quality, callback-free work

What Success Looks Like

• No gaps, overlaps, or air pockets
• Clean edges and level finish
• Sod establishes strong roots within 2–3 weeks
• No customer complaints or callbacks

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
