HVAC Estimating Administrative Specialist

Job Summary:
The AC Estimating Administrative Specialist will gather and analyze financial data for the Director of AC Estimating and the VP of Internal Operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze estimating bid tracking, personnel productivity and budgets.
- Be responsible for the assignment of workflow within the Department.
- Arrange meetings with team members, sales personnel and company management.
- Monitor and respond to energy calculation related emails.
- Update daily tracking sheet with project status, assigned tasks and productivity.
- Support the team in maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing communications, energy calcs, bids etc.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to keep financial and internal reports confidential.
Education and Experience:
- 2 years of related experience required.
- College degree preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
