The Accountant is a key member of the finance team, supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring accuracy across financial processes. This role focuses on pharmacy-related financial activity, general ledger reconciliation, and assisting with accounts receivable and payable functions. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and process pharmacy invoices, payments, and receipts
- Complete reconciliations and maintain supporting Excel schedules
- Assist with general ledger reconciliation and month-end close processes
- Review accounts receivable and accounts payable activity for accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Support the finance team with additional accounting tasks as needed
Minimum:
- Associate’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare and corporate accounting setting
- Strong understanding of accounting workflows and financial processes
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to grow professionally
Bachelor’s in Accounting
Sage Intacct PAY AND HOURS
This is a full-time M-F position paying $24.00-$30.00 per hour, with eligibility for the full benefits package. WHY WORK HERE
