Administrative Assistant (Remote)
WB Cargo Service is hiring a Remote Administrative Assistant based in Tampa. This position supports client onboarding, reporting tasks, and daily administrative operations. The role is fully remote and open only to candidates currently located in the United States with authorization to work in the U.S. This is a flexible opportunity designed for organized individuals who can manage structured workflows independently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new clients
- Prepare and organize reports
- Maintain internal records and updates
- Support administrative workflows
- Coordinate routine operational tasks
Please note
This is not an hourly position. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with stable additional income and a structured workflow. Compensation typically ranges from $2,000 to $5,000+ per month depending on completed tasks and activity level.
Qualifications
- Must currently be located in the U.S.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. required
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Ability to work independently remotely
