Front Desk Receptionist Real Estate

RE/MAX Champions is looking for a customer-service oriented individual to greet clients and support a growing office. We are looking for someone who is dependable and presents a professional, positive demeanor.
- Open office daily
- Greet incoming clients and guests
- Answer phones and handle incoming/outgoing mail
- Maintain appearance of office
- Reserve conference rooms for meetings, trainings and events
- Order supplies to maintain inventory
- Coordinate food and details for events and meetings
- Assist owners, managers and agents with various tasks
Skills
- Customer service oriented
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to multitask and manage disruptions
- Knows how to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills
- Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving skills and solution oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Real Estate License (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Associates or Bachelor's (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
