Mechanical Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of HVAC projects.
• Manage multiple job sites and allocate manpower to meet project schedules and deadlines
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management via phone, email, and text
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance will all codes, safety regulations and up to company standards. 
• Provide on-site leadership and support to installation teams.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of HVAC Equipment and Systems (e.g., Duct types, Fastening Systems, Refrigerant Piping and Kitchen Hood Systems).
• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions.
• Proficiency in mechanical engineering and related software (depending on the role).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC installation practices, including ductwork, copper lines, and kitchen hoods
• Experience managing multiple projects and supervising teams
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
