As an Accounting & Tax Manager , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting and tax services to clients. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee execution, ensure accuracy, and maintain timeliness of deliverables.

We're looking for someone who is equal parts leader, problem-solver, and client advocate .

• Oversee preparation and review of monthly accounting deliverables and tax work

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all deliverables

• Communicate with assigned clients on a monthly basis

• Prepare and review tax returns (Individuals, S-Corps, Partnerships)

• Provide mid-year tax projections

• Onboard new clients and guide them through processes

• Review and file sales tax

• Collaborate with leadership to improve systems and workflows

• Lead and mentor staff accountants

• 5+ years of public accounting experience (CPA firm experience required)

• Active CPA or EA license

• Strong knowledge of multi-entity tax preparation

• Proven leadership and team development skills

• Tech-savvy mindset and adaptability to new tools

• Client-focused and approachable communication style

• Strong experience with QuickBooks (Online & Desktop)

• Experience with Lacerte tax software
