Litigation Legal Assistant
- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and legal staff.
- Prepare, revise, and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, and client appointments.
- Coordinate court filings and maintain case files, both electronic and physical.
- Monitor deadlines and assist with docket management.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors.
- Process expense reports, time entry, billing requests, and other administrative functions as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy across all legal documentation.
- Minimum 5 years of legal assistant experience required.
- Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document preparation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
