PT Server | White Willow
The World Equestrian Center – Ocala is seeking a polished and attentive Server to join the opening team of White Willow ; our refined Asian dining concept located within the prestigious Equestrian Manor. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for luxury service, a deep appreciation for culinary artistry, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
As a Server at White Willow, you will deliver personalized, graceful service that reflects the World Equestrian Center’s core values of Quality, Class, and Distinction .
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, professional, and intuitive service to all guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Guide guests through the menu with expertise, offering thoughtful recommendations and pairing suggestions.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and cultural significance.
- Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service and timely delivery.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests with discretion and care.
- Uphold the highest standards of table presentation, etiquette, and cleanliness.
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems.
- Support private dining and special events with elevated service and attention to detail.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and grace, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Always maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Contribute to a collaborative and respectful team environment.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in serving within an upscale or fine dining environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, sake, and luxury service standards.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
- ServSafe and Alcohol Compliance Certifications required.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
