Office Clerk,
This is a temporary Office Clerk/Data Entry position focused on providing administrative support within the Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes division. The role involves processing and managing documents, maintaining records, and assisting with case management. The assignment is expected to last approximately 6-7 months.
Location: Washington, District of Columbia, Florida, United States,
Responsibilities:
- Receive and review referrals, complaints, and reports.
- Open and establish case files and process financial review documents in accordance with agency procedures and record-keeping standards.
- Coordinate with office supervisor to facilitate case assignments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with agency guidelines.
- Use department s case management systems and standard office software.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Ability to speak and understand English
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Professional Administrative Office Experience (2 Years)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) (2 Years)
- Excellent Data Entry skills
- Experience reviewing referrals, complaints and reports (6 Months)
- Experience processing financial documents (6 Months)
- Experience using case management systems (6 Months)
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Familiarity with Versa Regulation
Special Considerations:
- The candidate must be aware that this is a temporary contract position with no benefits, PTO, or paid holidays.
- The candidate must be aware that this is a short term contract assignment.
