Key Responsibilities

• Complete non-conformance investigations under guidance from the engineering team
• Poka yoke solutions when possible.
• Support assignable/root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with operations, discover their pain points and address.
• Focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Participate in daily GEMBA walks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Background in manufacturing or Pursuing a Technical Degree
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Solid base in Office Suite
• Experience in manufacturing
