A prestigious Private Equity Firm based in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst . You will work with Executives from the PE Firm as well as leadership from the portfolio companies. You will focus on financial reporting, planning, budgeting, data management, analytical efforts and mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Create and manage comprehensive financial statements, reports, data books and dashboards that provide leadership and stakeholders with timely, accurate and relevant results of the business.
• Collaborate closely with upper management and principal players for the operating entities to gather, scrutinize, and amalgamate financial data.
• Analyze financial performance against crucial business indicators to pinpoint financial risks and opportunities.
• Perform detailed variance analyses to compare actual financial outcomes with budgets, forecasts, and past year figures.
• Aid in developing long-term financial forecasts and models.
• Develop and uphold standardized reporting methodologies to boost efficiency and precision.
• Keep financial databases current, accurate, and dependable.
• Safeguard the integrity and uniformity of financial reports.
• Execute special projects and perform ad hoc analyses as requested by C-Level Executives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3-6 years of financial analysis (FP&A) experience
• Knowledge of data governance best practices, data quality management, and compliance with data privacy regulations
• Power BI tools experience
