Why You’ll Love This Job:- Competitive pay: $0.70 CPM for all miles (loaded & empty).
- Steady miles: 3,000–4,000 weekly.
- Sign-on and referral bonuses , plus fuel cards, toll reimbursement, and safety incentives.
- Late-model trucks (2020–2027 Volvo, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, International).
- Paid flight, orientation, and drug test.
- Take-home truck and 24/7 dispatch support.
Routes & Schedule:
- OTR lanes across the Midwest, South, and East Coast.
- Home every 2–3 weeks ( flexible ).
- No NYC loads unless requested.
Requirements:
- CDL A license with 2+ years OTR Dry Van experience .
- Clean Clearinghouse and MVR .
- Professional, reliable, and safety-focused.
