Oncology Medical Receptionist

A local medical facility in Pensacola is looking for a full-time Oncology Medical Receptionist for the Oncology Department to provide excellent care to patients visiting this growing practice. - Check patients in for their appropriate appointment in multiple systems
- Provide patients with appropriate intake, new patient, and/or questionnaire forms
- Process payments for office visits
- Communicate directly and professionally with other departments as needed
- Provide the patient with support and guidance as needed
- Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations
What you'll bring to the table: - High school diploma/GED (required)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent customer service skills (required)
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with interruptions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
What's in it for you: - For this position, you will be paid starting at $16+/hour (Depending on experience)
- A schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
