- Schedule classes, appointments, and training sessions
- Assist customers with registration and general inquiries
- Conduct fingerprint services for customers
- Maintain customer records and administrative documentation
- Coordinate with instructors and management staff
- Support daily office operations and front desk activities
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and online
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Experience with scheduling and office management preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or front desk operations is a plus
- Full-Time & Part-Time Position
- Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
