Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process and delivering high-quality talent to support eMed’s continued growth. This role partners directly with hiring managers to execute defined hiring plans, source, screen, and close candidates across various functional areas. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is focused on disciplined execution, process rigor, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from intake through offer, close, and onboarding handoff.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and present a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for a high volume of open roles.
- Manage candidate communications, coordinate interview logistics, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Negotiate and close offers with successful candidates.
- Ensure compliance with structured hiring frameworks, including using interview scorecards and disciplined execution of the defined interview process.
- Maintain recruiting data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all roles and hiring workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Utilize the ATS to track progress and report on individual pipeline health and time-to-fill for owned roles.
- Partner with the People Operations team to ensure a seamless integration for new hires between the recruiting system and broader people data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of open requisitions across different functional areas (e.g., commercial, technical, or healthcare).
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and direct sourcing techniques including JazzHR and Greenhouse.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building positive candidate and hiring manager relationships.
- Ability to provide real-time talent market intelligence, including candidate availability and competitive dynamics, to inform tactical hiring decisions.
