We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 3–10 years of experience in site design to join a growing engineering team in the Orlando area. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to work on a diverse range of land development and infrastructure projects in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop site design plans for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects
• Perform grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, and roadway design
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and municipal agencies
• Assist with permitting and regulatory approvals
• Support project planning, design calculations, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–10 years of experience in civil/site development design
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong understanding of land development principles, stormwater systems, and permitting processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Experience working on projects in Florida is a plus
