Customer Service Representative - HVAC

Customer Service Representative - Bold City Heating and Air.
Jacksonville, FL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM | $20-$25 per hour (based on experience).

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. You’ll be responsible for answering incoming calls, booking appointments, and ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments in our system.
• Dispatch calls effectively to match the right technician to each job.
• Provide clear communication between customers, technicians, and management.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience (HVAC or home services industry preferred).
• Experience with ServiceTitan software is highly desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive, professional, and friendly attitude.
• Computer proficiency (CRM or dispatch software experience a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
