Key Responsibilities (be a good super)

• Supervise and manage asphalt paving operations on job sites
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subs, MOT people, QC people, etc
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Conduct inspections and maintain compliance with safety regulations
• Train and mentor crew members on best practices and safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years civil superintendent experience
• Asphalt/Paving/highway exp
