- Assisting with speech language in-service education and our speech language pathologist student program.
- Mentoring and training new colleagues and other departments as needed.
- Delegating and supervising speech therapy assistants and technicians.
- Celebrating patient victories along the way.
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management. Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years speech language pathology experience.
- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certifications.
