We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our high-performing team. Our clinic emphasizes quality over volume by providing true 1:1 patient care , allowing clinicians the time and autonomy needed to deliver exceptional outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to a diverse caseload, including post-operative, sports medicine, spine, and general orthopedic conditions.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on care.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and fellow rehab professionals.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and long-term injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical meetings, mentorship opportunities, and continuing education programs.
• Opportunity of advancement through our clinical ladder program

Minimum Qualifications :
* Graduate of Accredited School of Physical Therapy is required.

Licensure/Certifications :
* Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida is required

*BLS through American Heart Association

*Orthopedic certifications preferred

*Strong Orthopedic background required
