We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical group full-time in Tallahassee FL. We are a highly reputable, growing multidisciplinary team that believes in providing high quality care and helping others improve their quality of life. We are seeking a like-minded nurse practitioner to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide care and support to a wide variety of patients and work in a friendly, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is personable, enjoys focusing on getting the best outcome for the patients, and is a team player willing to work with a multidisciplinary team and is bilingual (Spanish/English). Our team is a group of dedicated professionals are committed to providing our patients with the highest level of care for more than 17 years. We treat a variety of conditions to include acute and chronic injuries, personal injury and TBIs. Duties:
- Combination of telehealth and in office patient visits
- Patient exam/evaluation- HPI, physical exam, medical history, review pertinent information/records/imaging
- Order and review diagnostic imaging/labs, and testing
- Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulation
- Referral to other providers as indicated
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Patient education- as to the diagnosis, treatment plan options and pre/post care instructions
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Nurse Practitioner license in FL
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Must be willing to travel to our clinic locations around the area
- Full time (4 days per week)
- Up to $125k plus additional bonuses
