One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Senior Data Scientist in the United States or Canada .

This is a fully remote opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company that’s building a data-first go-to-market (GTM) engine. As Senior Data Scientist, you will design and implement scalable data systems, drive high-impact insights, and optimize business processes to improve growth and operational efficiency. Reporting to the VP of Business Operations, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Growth teams to improve funnel performance, enhance automation, and build a strong analytics culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, blending technical and business thinking, and creating scalable data solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and optimize data-driven systems and analytics to support the GTM team
• Lead initiatives to improve customer acquisition efficiency and lifetime value metrics
• Build and maintain tools that leverage AI and automation to streamline sales processes
• Perform deep-dive analyses into funnel performance and sales pipeline efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data is actionable and accessible
• Contribute to the development of predictive models and machine learning applications
• Drive improvements in reporting, data governance, and analytics practices
• Explore and test new growth channels using data to guide experimentation
• Lead or support strategic ad hoc projects that shape the company’s operations

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or operational roles
• Advanced SQL and Python skills; strong technical foundation preferred
• Experience building and deploying data models; ML experience is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and precision
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Curiosity-driven, with a passion for identifying root causes and process improvement
• Bonus: experience in the restaurant industry or building GTM systems for B2B companies

• Competitive base salary of $150,000–$180,000
