Strategic Partnerships Manager - Remote

We're looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team and play a key role in strengthening and expanding our partnerships with brokers, lenders, marketplaces, banks, and technology platforms. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional funding solutions for small businesses. What You'll Do As the Strategic Partnership Manager, you'll report to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and be a key contributor to maximizing our partners' performance. Your primary focus will be managing relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating across teams to drive results. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at partner organizations to deepen integrations and drive business growth.
Identifying and implementing critical success factors for partner accounts, working closely with internal and external teams.
Providing regular performance insights, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, to ensure continuous improvement.
Supporting new partner onboarding in collaboration with the Business Development Team.
Re-negotiating commercial terms as partnerships evolve, ensuring mutual success.
Collaborating with internal teams, including product, legal, marketing, sales, and compliance, to optimize partnerships.
Driving innovation by improving processes and developing new strategies to elevate the partnerships team. What You Bring We're looking for someone with: 3-5 years of experience in customer success or partner management roles, preferably within financial services or fintech.
A proven track record of engaging effectively with teams across partner organizations, including sales, business development, legal, and product teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple partners and initiatives.
Excellent communication skills for leading meetings, providing training, and conducting quarterly business reviews.
Analytical expertise to drive decisions and measure success using a metrics-driven approach.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Salesforce reporting is a plus.
