Associate Attorney

Salary:
$85,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Attorney with at least one year of legal experience to join a well-established law firm in Winter Garden, FL . This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop and grow within the field of community association law , representing condominium, townhome, and homeowners’ associations throughout Florida. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in client communication, and eager to build a long-term career in this specialized area of law.

Job Responsibilities:

• Advise condominium and homeowners’ association boards and property managers on governance, compliance, and operational matters

• Draft, review, and amend contracts, governing documents, and community policies

• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions on association-related issues

• Attend board and membership meetings as needed to counsel clients on legal obligations and procedures

• Assist with interpretation and enforcement of association covenants, restrictions, and statutory requirements

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, solution-oriented legal guidance

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar

• Minimum of 1 year of legal experience , preferably in community association, real estate, or transactional law

• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively
