Job Details:
As a Permanent Construction Superintendent - Residential, you will be at the heart of luxury residential construction projects, driving them from inception to completion. This is a hands-on role that requires a dynamic and motivated individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the world of construction. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from bespoke luxury homes to high-end residential developments. This role is perfect for an experienced construction professional who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction activities and ensuring they are in line with project plans and specifications.
2. Conduct site management duties, ensuring safety regulations are adhered to and the site is maintained in an orderly fashion.
3. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all work is carried out within the agreed financial parameters.
4. Utilize construction estimating skills to forecast project costs and resources.
5. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and other technical documents.
6. Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting team collaboration.
7. Implement risk management strategies, identifying potential issues and implementing preventative measures.
8. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
9. Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
10. Conduct regular site inspections and audits, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard and addressing any issues promptly.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a construction management role, with a focus on residential projects.
2. Proven experience in managing luxury construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety protocols.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
5. Proficiency in construction estimating and budget management.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
7. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
8. Strong risk management skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential issues.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
10. Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous.
