REQUIRMENTS
-Able to work up to 8 hour shifts up on their feet.
-Able to provide friendly customer service with every customer
-A good team player with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work various shifts; weekdays and weekends
- Must have reliable transportation
-Able to multitask in a fast pace atmosphere

Crew Member/Crew Leader Functions:
- Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
- Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
- Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
- Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café.
- Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
- Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
