The Role

As a Senior Developer Advocate - Solana Ecosystem, you will be tasked with streamlining developer adoption of Solana. You will be responsible for deeply understanding the Solana developer journey, forming key relationships with builders, and working together with internal stakeholders to address their needs. We’re looking for someone passionate about the Solana ecosystem and motivated by seeing it grow.

Not only are you involved in important conversations in the Solana ecosystem, but you are seen by the community as a credible voice of reason.

What you’ll be doing

• Representing QuickNode at both in-person (local meetups, coworking spaces, and global conferences, ThePort in Miami, Solana Hub and Solana House in ATX, Solana Hacker House and Solana/NYC) and online events, hackathons, community calls, and more.

• Speaking at technical events around the globe including meetups, hackathons, workshops, and conferences

• Creating technical content to aid customers and prospects in adopting Solana (i.e YouTube videos, sample dapps, written guides)

• Engaging, growing, and providing support to the Solana community via various channels (i.e Twitter, GitHub, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Stackoverflow)

• Improving our customer experience through your feedback to our Product, Event, and Ecosystem teams

• Interacting with and inspiring developers to build the next great Solana product

What you’ll bring

• A strategic outlook on DevRel activities

• A proactive mindset identifying opportunities and rapidly executing them

• Experience contributing to open-source Solana projects

• Understanding of cross-chain interoperability solutions

• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and other frontend technologies

• 2+ years of experience building Solana dapps

• 2+ years of experience leading workshops, presentations, community talks, and engaging a developer community

• Knowledge of and passion for Solana

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially technical writing)
