Gastroenterology Physician

You'll join a high-volume, physician-led gastroenterology practice built to support growth with strong infrastructure and extensive APP support. This is a Gastroenterology position with flexibility to tailor your work toward clinic, procedures, and inpatient coverage If you're looking for a busy practice with optional call and meaningful earning potential, this is worth a closer look.

Practice Overview:

• Physician-led private practice model with 9 GI physicians and 19 APPs (including inpatient and clinic support)
• Multi-site footprint with multiple offices, 2 endoscopy-focused ASCs, imaging, and a centralized call center
• High patient and procedural demand

Schedule:

• Optional inpatient/hospital call; typical daytime inpatient call coverage reported at a 1:7 rotation
• Flexibility to architect your schedule with more clinic vs. procedures based on your preference
• If you take call, no Saturday work; if you decline call, participation in Saturday clinic or endoscopy (with shorter hours)
• Full time preferred; open to flexible or reduced FTE schedules

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary starting at $600,000 (range provided: $550,000-$650,000)
• Production bonus: percentage of operating profits above collections threshold
• Time off and benefits: 5 weeks PTO, 1 week paid CME, comprehensive benefits starting Day 1, claims-based malpractice
• Relocation assistance and a commencement bonus; ASC equity partnership buy-in option after 1 year

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Certified Gastroenterology physician
• Eligible for or Active FL State Medical License
• Comfort stepping into a high-volume environment with strong referral flow
• Interest in clinical research/clinical trials can be supported (optional)
