We're hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our behavior-focused group home in the Hawks Preserve area. This is a full-time, weekday position with consistent hours - perfect for someone who values structure, teamwork, and making a real difference.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct care and behavioral support to adults with developmental disabilities
• Promote daily routines, independence, safety, and communication
• Follow behavior support plans and encourage positive engagement
• Work as part of a compassionate and professional care team

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 years of paid, verifiable experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral needs
• Reliability, patience, and a strong work ethic
