We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to support a healthcare organization in Tampa, Florida on a Contract assignment expected to last 4 to 6 weeks. This role focuses on reviewing agreements for accuracy, confirming contract details, and distributing finalized documents in a timely manner. The position is well suited to a contracts specialist or paralegal with a strong background in contract management and document quality review.
Responsibilities:• Examine contract documents carefully to confirm completeness, accuracy, and alignment with established requirements.
• Validate key agreement terms, pricing details, and supporting information before contracts are released.
• Prepare and send contract packages to the appropriate recipients within required timeframes.
• Track contract status and follow up as needed to help maintain an organized and efficient review process.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information in agreements and coordinate corrections with relevant stakeholders.
• Apply contract administration knowledge to support consistent handling of healthcare-related documentation.
• Conduct quality checks on finalized materials to reduce errors and ensure high documentation standards.
