Well established (11 years) authentic Italian Fine Dining Restaurant, with a high culinary reputation (Recognitions from the Italian Chef Association) is hiring multi-tasking, highly professional individuals, excellent in dealing with long-time regulars, first time customers and tourists too.

As a Professional Restaurant Server, you will be essential in delivering an outstanding fine dining experience to our guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will utilize your expertise in food service, wine knowledge and upselling, whereas you will interact with our clientele showing excellent communication skills and very polite and professional manners.

Either part time or full time available. 100% RELIABILITY on schedule, 2 full years of experience as Server in a full service restaurant (wine knowledge), perfect mastery of American language (both speaking and understanding), pleasant manners and the capability to work well under pressure are a MUST.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong work ethic, reliability and accountability
• Knowledge of wines and capability of describing them
• 23 yr of age minimum (due to wine serving and the requested wine knowledge)
• 2 full years of experience as Server
• Comply with Restaurant's uniform and grooming standards every day
• Follow easily and willingly instructions and Restaurant's rules
• Availability to study the Menu and the Wines in days
• Ability to sell wine, present and open bottles
• Portray a professional demeanor every single day
• Very good manners, politeness and excellent communication skills
• Record all aspects of guests' orders accurately
• Coordinate with the kitchen for the correct timing of food preparation
• Guarantee that the high quality standards offered to the guests are consistently delivered also during rush times
• Keep under control the assigned tables anticipating needs
• Always perform side work and tasks in an efficient and timely manner
• Perform opening and closing operations with the due care of Company's properties
• Notify management promptly and fully of any issue
