About You

Be able to do the job as described
PharmD required
Active DE pharmacist license
At least 1 year of post-graduate hospital pharmacy experience preferred or PGY1

What You’ll Be Doing

Dispense medications and ensure safe pharmaceutical care to inpatients and staff
Collaborate with nursing and medical teams for optimal patient therapy plans
Consult with patients and families on medication education as needed
Maintain and operate pharmacy equipment and software systems efficiently
Participate in quality assurance and professional development initiatives
Support ongoing pharmacy operations and process improvement
