Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef, you will lead our culinary team with passion and creativity, crafting exceptional dining experiences that delight our guests. You will oversee all kitchen operations, from menu planning to food preparation, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to excellence in fine dining and catering services, while your expertise in inventory management and kitchen management will drive efficiency and innovation. Experience in Mexican cuisine is a plus.
What you’ll do
- Lead the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that reflect our brand's commitment to excellence.
- Develop and execute seasonal menus that highlight fresh ingredients and innovative cooking techniques.
- Manage food production processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs while maintaining menu integrity.
- Ensure seamless food service management during events, including banquets and catering functions.
- Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and high morale among staff.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the culinary industry.
- Strong background in fine dining, restaurant management, and catering services.
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen management practices.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing shifts effectively.
- Familiarity with menu planning and food production for large-scale events.
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is a plus.
