Our client, a prominent international AmLaw 50 law firm , is seeking a talented Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join their dynamic Real Estate Practice Group . This is an excellent opportunity to handle sophisticated real estate matters while working with developers, investors, lenders, and corporations on high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing (or willingness to obtain admission promptly)
  • Preference given to those with Texas or Florida bar admission
• 2–4 years of substantive real estate experience, preferably with a large law firm ( boutique firm experience considered )
• Experience handling acquisitions and dispositions , real estate development , land use and zoning , and commercial leasing
• Familiarity with real estate financing is a plus
• Strong oral advocacy, research, and client communication skills
• Ability to manage matters efficiently and independently
• Professionalism: Client-service oriented, collaborative, and committed to excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in real estate acquisitions , dispositions , development projects , and leasing transactions
• Advise clients on land use and zoning matters, as well as commercial real estate financing structures
• Draft , negotiate , and review contracts and related real estate documents
• Manage matters independently and as part of larger teams, ensuring timely and efficient client service
• Communicate directly with clients, providing strategic, business-focused guidance
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected annual base salary range of $235,000-$365,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
• Eligibility for a discretionary bonus
