Responsibilities
- Install air conditioning systems efficiently and accurately in residential properties.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and installation teams to ensure smooth project completion.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked company vehicle with all necessary tools and parts.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to provide customer support as needed.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills.

- Proven experience as an HVAC installer.
