JOB PREVIEW:

1. Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures
2. Build genuine relationships with our guests by delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence at every interaction
3. Supervise and coach a team of guest service advisors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent performance and adherence to company standards
4. Monitor car wash processes and equipment to ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and safety compliance, and address any issues or malfunctions promptly
5. Train new team members on car wash procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards
6. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with brand and company standards to ensure a safe and secure work environment
7. Safely and clearly direct guests at every station throughout the site, with a smile and a wave
8. Assist in the daily upkeep and maintenance
9. Follow all Radiant Express Car Wash company policies, safety procedures and brand standards

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the car wash industry, automotive service, or related field
2. Must be at least 18 years old
3. An outgoing personality with strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
4. Excellent guest service skills
5. Be eager to learn, motivate others, and develop new skills
6. Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
7. Operate with respect and integrity
8. Commitment to upholding company values and fostering a positive work environment.
9. Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
10. Fluent in English and Spanish - bilingual a plus!
11. Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
12. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
13. General knowledge of maintenance tools and hardware
