Amen Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Dispatch to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for daily operations of answering phones, ensuring that all orders are dispatched in a timely and efficient manner. The HVAC dispatcher will also be responsible for overseeing the scheduling of drivers, coordinating with vendors and customers, and monitoring delivery progress. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior dispatching experience highly preferred (HVAC or pluming industry)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Must be proficient with QuickBooks

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all orders are dispatched in a timely manner.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain records of dispatched orders and customer feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze dispatch performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
