Overview
We are seeking a Legal Administrator to support the legal function of a fast-growing cybersecurity organization.
This role focuses on contract management, legal compliance, and risk mitigation—playing a key role in ensuring business operations align with legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, redline, and negotiate commercial and vendor agreements
Maintain and organize legal documentation and contract records
Support legal operations and administrative processes
Research legal risks and provide insight to support business decisions
Develop and maintain contract templates and processes
Support legal matters, including litigation, employment, and trademarks
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Law, Political Science, or related field (JD a plus)
3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Legal Administrator
Experience with SaaS contracts and commercial legal terms
Strong drafting, redlining, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR)
