New Nurse RN Residency Program
HCA Healthcare invites new graduate Registered Nurses to apply for our New Nurse RN Residency Program. Our program is designed to help transition newly graduated Registered Nurses from students to confident, professional practitioners in a supportive and patient-focused environment. At HCA Healthcare, we are committed to nurturing the potential of each team member, and this program serves as a cornerstone of that commitment. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across a range of specialties at our nearly 2,000 care sites, including hospitals and surgery centers. This dynamic program includes comprehensive clinical orientations, mentorship, various learning modules and a supportive cohort structure for sharing experiences and best practices.
