Compensation & Earning Potential:
- Typical starting range: $20$25/hour (based on experience)
- Total annual earnings commonly reach $75,000+
- Overtime, on-call, storm deployment, and extended hours increase earning potential

DRYCOR RESTORE LLC is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Technician Helper to support residential and commercial restoration projects resulting from water, fire, mold, and storm losses. This role requires a strong multi-trade background and the ability to perform in structured, production-driven environments. Core Trade Expertise:
- Carpentry & structural repairs
- Drywall, painting, flooring
- Kitchen & bath reconstruction
- Working knowledge of plumbing & electrical
- Restoration/insurance experience preferred
- Perform demolition, repairs, and reconstruction per approved scopes
- Maintain job-site safety, quality, and professionalism
- Support emergency response and mitigation when needed
- Participate in on-call rotation and storm deployment
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
- 3+ years residential/commercial remodeling experience
- Strong knowledge of building methods & codes
- Valid drivers license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+lbs and work in demanding environments
- High school diploma/GED
- Background check required
